Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we ship across India and also offer international delivery.
What courier partners do you use?
We use Delhivery, Bluedart, Trackon, and DTDC for our shipments.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders above ₹1499 within India.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 days and usually delivered within 4–5 business days in India.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, tracking details are sent to your email. You can also track your order via the Tracking Page on our website.

What payment methods do you accept
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is there any extra charge for COD?
Yes, COD orders include an additional charge of ₹70
Is online payment secure on your website?Absolutely.
Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not accept returns, but exchanges are allowed within 7 days for orders above ₹1299. An unboxing video is mandatory.
Who pays for the shipping during exchanges?
The seller covers the return shipping costs for approved exchanges.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds (in case of order cancellations or failed delivery) are sent to the original payment method (UPI, card, etc.) within 8–15 business days.
